Chef Marcus Wareing Live Broadcast
This week, pupils in Year 9 and 10 were treated to a live broadcast from Marcus Wareing; Chef-Owner of the one-Michelin-starred restaurant Marcus and Judge on Masterchef: The Professionals.
During the broadcast pupils discovered what it takes to have a career in the hospitality and catering industry and Marcus shared with us his journey in hospitality from growing up in Southport, attending Southport College to where he is now and his top tips for young people who are considering a career in Hospitality. The broadcast was part of Speakers for Schools Food for Thought Campaign during National Careers Week.
