LLS Coaching Taster Sessions
Our friends from LLS Online visited our school this week to give our Y11 Sport and Coaching students a taster session for post-16 education.
It focused on the basic fundamentals of planning coaching sessions that can be replicated across a wide range of sports. Each session lasted 45 minutes and provided a valuable insight into further education.
