Year 10 have been investigating different ways of plating up foods.
Improving the presentation of a dish adds value to the dining experience and provides room for a higher mark-up for their food.
This week they were asked to consider how they could present baked beans in a creative, appetising and appealing way, as if they were eating them in a 4 star restaurant.
