Table Tennis Championships
Seven of our KS3 pupils took part in the South Sefton Table Tennis Championships on Monday. The pupils had been practicing with Brother Nhan in the Bosco Club leading up to this event and they participated in fixtures against Hillside and Litherland.
Despite being in KS3, Dmitri, Amedeo, Fabian (all Year 9 pupils) and Joe (Year 7) played in the KS4 tournament and as a team, won enough of their games to win the championships overall and qualify for the Merseyside County Finals in March, which will be held in Widnes. The deciding game saw Joe hold his nerve to beat a Year 11 pupil from Litherland and clinch victory for us!
