Y10 Hospitality & Catering Distinction Practice

In Hospitality and Catering this week, our Year 10 students have been learning how to get a distinction in their practical work using a wide range of skills.

They made Summer Berry Pudding covered with pavlova cooked using a gas burner and decorated them with a range of tuille, brandy snap baskets, ice-cream and coulis.
