Y7 Welcome Mass 2019
Our very own Chaplaincy team organised and led on a service of welcome for all Year 7 and their parents/carers on Thursday 17th October. Savio Salesian College Chaplain, Fr Jakub Ruszniak, led the Mass and was accompanied by a number of members of the Bosco Group.
Most of the Year group were involved and we had our new Performing Arts group perform. It was evident that the Salesian spirit of welcome, kindness and friendship was clear to see.
Parents remained behind after the service and met with Form Tutors with all of them remarking how quickly their daughters/sons had settled into the new school and how happy they were to be part of our Salesian family.
