Malmaison Liverpool Hospitality Trip
Some of our Year 11 Hospitality & Catering students spent the day at the Malmaison Hotels in Liverpool. As well as a tour of the hotel and being served a delicious lunch, they learnt how to make beds and had a go at making mocktails!
