Mental Health Awareness Assembly

On Tuesday Years 9&10 attended a Mental Health Awareness assembly led by Annie Neat from SPACE. The students developed their understanding that mental health is as important as your physical health and there are many ways in which we can develop our ability to cope. The students learnt about the ‘stress bucket’ and many other coping strategies. It is vital that when the students are feeling stressed or down they know where and how to access support. Every student relieved themselves of some stress by placing their worries in the ‘bucket’ and hung on every word!

Counselling available at SPACE 0151 944 1509 Monday’s only.
