Table Tennis County Finals
Our KS3 Table Tennis team competed in the Merseyside County Finals at the Halton Stadium in Widnes this week.
Having qualified locally by winning the KS4 competition, all of our boys were playing up an age group against some of the best players in the county who were in Years 10 and 11. After a slightly nervous start against eventual finalists Calderstones, our boys grew in confidence and produced highly competitive performances against Wirral Grammar School for Boys 'A' and 'B' teams. This experience will serve the boys well for the future where we hope to qualify for this stage again next year.
